The Flavour Journey:
Australian native desert lime delivers an earthy citrus kick that complements the fiery Carolina Reaper, while pepperberry adds spicy, earthy depth. Finished with organic apple cider vinegar, garlic, and muscovado sugar—expect flavour first, with the heat coming later. It's a creeper, but a welcome one.
'Got my pack in the mail today. I've usually got around 30 different hot sauces in my pantry at any given time and I have to honestly say these are right up there with the best. The Carolina's my favourite. A lot of sauces of that style are just heat/salt/sour and little else by way of flavour. The desert lime in this one makes a big difference and really helps balance it out.'
