Every sauce starts with premium Australian produce. The only exceptions are a few ingredients that simply aren’t made here — tamari and maple syrup in the Blood Lime Scorpion, and fennel seed in the Kakadu Fennel. Everything else is grown, sourced, and crafted locally. No oil, no preservatives, no shortcuts
Yes. All our sauces are vegan and vegetarian — no animal products, no by-products, just plants.
Yes. Every recipe is gluten-free and coeliac-friendly, made with good clean ingredients
All our ingredients are Halal-friendly, though we don’t hold formal certification
No. We build flavour from real ingredients, not additives
Unopened, they’re good for one year from the date of cook. We produce in weekly small batches, so every bottle is fresh from the kitchen, not the warehouse. Once opened, enjoy within three months for peak flavour — and yes, we see you, hot sauce collectors, with shelves that look more like art installations than pantries
Our sauces are shelf-stable, but refrigeration after opening keeps the flavour sharper for longer

We send everything promptly, but sometimes couriers move at their own pace. Use your tracking link to follow progress, or contact the courier directly if something’s gone astray
If delivery is attempted unsuccessfully, your parcel will be held at the nearest Post Office for collection, usually for up to 10 days. If it’s returned to us, we can’t refund shipping fees once a delivery attempt has been made.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
