Thousand Apologies started in a kitchen with an escalating collection of bottles and a growing demand for more. What began as cooking for friends quickly turned into something slightly bigger. A small obsession with flavour has a way of doing that.
The sauces were always meant for the table. Passed around, added mid-meal, occasionally carried somewhere “just in case”.
The merch came later.
A few things we wanted to wear ourselves. Pieces for people who believe good food deserves good design. Nothing loud, nothing gimmicky. Just the occasional quiet signal to others who take flavour a little too seriously.
