  • Finger Lime Jalapeño

    Very Mild 🌶

    The easy yes. Finger Lime brings bright citrus pearls that pop against a soft jalapeño warmth, so the flavour shows up well before the heat does. The one you hand to people who say they don't like hot sauce.

    Best on: eggs, fish, chicken, cheese boards, tacos

  • Wattleseed Coffee Habanero

    Mild 🌶🌶

    The dark horse. Wattleseed and Coffee Supreme beans give it a roasty, almost chocolatey depth, with habanero sitting underneath as a slow, even warmth. Savoury and a little unexpected.


    Best on: grilled haloumi, steak, toasties, ice-cream (yep)

  • Davidson Habanero

    Medium 🌶🌶🌶

    The crowd favourite. Tart Davidson plum keeps it fruity and bright while the habanero builds a proper, rounded heat that never flattens the meal. Balanced enough to reach for daily.
